Project Background: From Proof of Concept to National Rollout
One of our long-term clients approached us to develop a proof-of-concept charging infrastructure to support their transition to electric forklifts. This initial engagement focused on a single warehouse and served as the foundation for a broader, Australia-wide initiative.
Our team collaborated closely with stakeholders and attended planning and safety meetings to:

Custom-Designed Forklift Charging Stands
As a result of these consultations, we developed a custom charging stand specifically engineered to:

- Accommodate the operational needs of electric forklifts
- Ensure safe and efficient charging for multiple units simultaneously
This design was rolled out successfully to:
- 10 forklift charging bays
- Across 4 key areas of the warehouse
